Also is there any device settings outside of iGO? Sometimes there is a GPS status option that shows the GPS working.

This is not encouraging news.
There is no port found at all, so either the registry is corrupt or the COM driver is or is missing. (when technical nothing is wrong)
Do you have a manual for the device? A hard reset or removing the battery for at least 24 hours may restore the registry and/or driver. Or may not.
I can not promise anything. For more help, if possible, you need someone who has a more technical background.

Again, I can't help much here. When you have a manual somewhere (in the box?) read it. Some CE6 devices have a safe area where the ROM set up is kept in. If that is the case, a hard reset may fix the ROM issues and get the GPS back going. On the other hand, many devices lack such safe area. So if the latter is the case and no one else comes with a solution, then it is the end!
