For those of you who are interested, this is my working Primo 1.1 from my device. It has my modified TTS_LOQ and English voices - both US and UK. For US members, it has the redlight speedcams included. Other than US can delete them from content\speedcam. I think this program ranks right up there with iGO 8.3 - and I know because I've tried them all. I find this to navigate better than Primo 1.2.

EDIT: I've been told that this is the best one yet. Please make sure that you delete the "save" folder if there is one. Create a folder called Primo on the root of your SD card and copy the files to it.

I have a GPS (ARRIVAL). (unlocked)
it works with igo8 tree well. May when I execute PRIMO 2.4 it restarts all gps device.

When you say the device restarts on 2.4, then why don't you look for a Primo 2.0? The difference is minimal.
When you know your way in torrents (no malware in this one, I have this 2.0 still on my device next to 2.4) :
