Primo 9.6.13.405512 is for WinCE only. If you want to use it on Android, this is not the version you want to use... You need to find an Android-specific version.

Aslo ghumzq i am not an expert but pretty sure you cant run same downloaded app on both Android and WinCE, you will ahve to download a different version available here to run on the Android.
