Seeking a source of tts_nua_v5 file to enable TTS on Igo Pri

Hello,

I recently purchased an Eincar GPS radio of which is running Windows CE.

Igo Primo version 9.6.13.405512 (June 18, 2014, Honda Civic Reborn)
Navgo Primo V2

The GPS works fine for the generic natural voices, but since the radio is in my daughter's car I am interested in the TTS voice features that also speak the street names etc.

Reviewing the loaded file structure that came with the radio I see I am apparently missing the file called "tts_nua_V5 that I have read elsewhere that I need to have in the main folder directory in order for the TTS voice selections to work. I am in the US and am interested in the English speaking voices. I see in the voice folder that I have about 4 english speaking TTS voice zip files already loaded. I would be happy with any of them to work.

Can someone please point me to where I can obtain a copy of the "tts_nua_V5" file so I can attempt to get the TTS voices working to speak street names? I have done forum searches but it seems like each and every link mentioning this file is no longer valid.

I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

The Zippshare & 1 drive files are no longer there.
