Navigon 70/92 premium

Hello I possess one 70 premium with putting has in the daytime in 92 premium but yesterday wanting to make a restoration with navigon fresh I had a disconnection and since me cannot use anymore the GPS nor go on on navigon fresh. 
I would like file of 92 premium if somebody can help me I would be generous!!!
