Got a couple of questions, installing on WinCE CE6 & 480*272.....

1)if I want to install this on built in 4GB flash - which install file should i choose from first post ?

2)I tried installing using the SDMMC files in first post since the internal flash structure is \sdmmc\Garmin, but I keep getting an error saying that 'QUE_CE6' cannot be found from launcher page. But if I navigate from Win CE folders and manualy click the QUE_CE6 file I can enter Garmin XT. How to solve this issue ?

3) I have renamed Malaysia map to gmapprom.img in Garmin\system\ folder but unable to view any map ...

Hi,

So far not release for residentflash drive name. See Post#1 what storage drive name support it.
You need to use SDCard or miniSD for your PND then install garmin for SDMMC version on root SDCard.

Thanks!

System folder structure is
GMAPBMAP - from installer file
GMAPPROM1 - I rename map from mfm

how can overcome this issue ?

Deactivate the option "hide file name extensions" in folder options menu of your Windows Explorer. Then try the filenames gmapsupp.img and gmapprom.img for your detail map.

Go to post #1 or direct from here : LINK

If your device not SDMMC then you need to replace exe file inside Garmin folder with this. [Please Register or Login to download file] .

Where can I find a working build for WM6.5 to try it?
Unfortunately, THIS build doesn't work for me. :(

Why do you try to run this version, if this version is for Win CE devices, for WM ppc, pda devices you have official version on garmin site, and you can use it without any problem!
