Garmin XT 5.52 (Garmin Asus M10) for WINCE 6 (800x480)

Hi, all. and big thanks to whom, made it work for us.

tested on chinese Eroda E-V5 device with 4GB nandflash, 128 mb mem. Atlas sirf IV with wince 6 /800-480/.
Loaded and worked fine on sdmmc. GPS locks fast. Internal speed is not so much. Probably of bad map maybe. Because on the my map the town,city names not recognised. The map is been extracted from garmin quest II device. Its seemed to having UTF-8 codepage but not displays correctly . Also i have one important question, does any body had experienced .?
- Importing tracks from map source or manually putting "current.gpx" file into GPX folder does not help. copied to every location on the SD. and vice versa
- So, Imported tracks to my WM mobile XT 5.0.20 and from WM copied NVM file to WINCE. Tracks are visible now but track names all in chinese lang. So i think somthin going on with code page or its a font issue. Can any one supply the original english lang TTF?
- Also any update on beta 3 or newer lighter faster safer version?

Does any one can confirm that on beta 2 GPX export function working or not?

I managed to go to Setting by pressing top right help icon..

Just replace the set file i have given in the Folder "1"

restart the PNA and try.. Hope it helps

Or you start the Program and First you go to top right icon.. If you open the Map the setting doesnt open... Again you have to restart the application and FIRST to to Help on top right and you can get all the setting menu.

For member who would like to install large keyboard on 800x480 machine:

Download CE Large KeyBoard > [Please Register or Login to download file]



1. After extraction copy folder CEKeyBoard_12 to root of the SD card.
2. Run KeyBoard.EXE
3. Select keyboard > Normal skin keyboard > OK
4. Select directory > browse to CEKeyBoard_12 > OK
5. Keyboard width > 800 > OK
6. Keyboard height > 260 > OK
7. Font name > Tahoma > OK
8. Font size > 18 > OK
9. keyboard layout > You can drag the stylus keyboard (with a bar) > OK

Done!

I installed your mod keyboard in my doble din stereo car sucsesfully
but when i try to use the keyboards (original or mod) dont apears any more
Is there another way to install the mod keyboard or exist the way to uninstall the mod keyboard and restore original keyboard?
I will be gratefull for your help

Thanks a lot for the Keyboard.. its nice.. But the only problem is when I type then I cant see what i am typing but it gets typed.. in the above image you can read <Spell Country> .. But I cant see anything getting typed there but it starts searching .. so alphabets are getting hit but not visible in top bar

rest all OK and thanks a lot.. hats off to the person who has created this beauty.

Run KeyBoard.EXE again, choose "Windows CE Standard Keyboard" to revert to original keyboard.

My device display is perfect and setting options are fully functional. You have to use the updated exe file.

HI.. Got the trick

when i open with Que_taskbar.. I cant see what i am typing..
But When I open the app with Que_exe then I can see what I am typing

My machine 800x480 wince 6 ;
not succeed to enlarge the keyboard , i followed the mentioned procedure
there is no choice to choose Keyboard width > 800 > only 480 available (how i change)
there is no choice to choose Keyboard height > 260 > only 130 available (how i change)

it should adjust automatically.. I have got 480x272 .. it adjusted automatically and now it is perfect
