THX for your answer. When I try to download, I get a blank page with an error "403 forbidden". Don't know why?

Pls i need help. I drag and drop the gmapsupp.img over the unlocker; a dos windows apears for 1second and when i open mapinstall there are no img, mapinstall cant detect content. What im doing wrong? Im using Win10. I try it with sd card in garmin device and in usb stick. nothing works. MapInstall cant detect Content! -.-

You need MS version of map if you want to use Mapsourse/MapInstall to see your map, this method is only to unlock Img file for use in some device/phone

I use oregon600 from Garmin. The img file itself dont work alone in the device. So i bet i need to unlock the img with gimgunlock?? How can i implement the img file into my oregon600 so that it works?

I Have "TOPO.Germany.V9.PRO" But cant get it to work in Oregon600.

i need this for my gps

This may be the wrong area to ask but... I've got a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan where I've actually paid for the updates from Chrysler however a friend of mine also has a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan and file structure on the SD CARD requires GarminDevice.xml which has an unlock code , and it uses gmapprom.img and gmaptz.img and required a file called gmapprom.unl I keep getting Cannot unlock maps wondering if the unit_id is stored else where in the file structure that I need to look for. - Appreciate the help.

Yes works on Win 10
Drag & Drop locked .img onto the gimgunlock-0.04.exe icon ,then the unlock will start

no link to download the file works .... can someone please help me? Thank you

I was looking gimgunlock to unlock regular/trust purchased Garmin Maps to be installed/used on Garmin Device storage rather on their own microSD support: could anyone help to unlock and then to install on my Garmin Device with MapInstall ?

tell us what maps you have and what devices you want to use them on, as there are different ways for specific maps & devices.
