I have CASKA 2din also like you, but worse problem.
When i execute Garmin.exe from RunGMXT folder, only busy cursor show for few second, and nothing happen not even garmin start up display show up.
FYI GPS port for my Caska was com6, if you able to get into setting menu then you can correct your gps com port.
Hope any one here advice me, am i missing something ?

This Garmin version is a "last resort" - if all other versions fail to run on a high res device it might be the only one to run.
It is still a hacked WM version with many flaws that go along with modifications like that.
Some features won't work properly on all devices.
If the right version for your memory card is used you can start Germin using the Que.exe, the mortscript is mailny for devices that won't hide the task bar by default or that need to include a port splitter.
When using the mortscript it can help to increase the timer (wait) inside to allow other tasks to be finnished before the next is started.
If you know your GPS settings but Garmin won't work with it you might have to search for a suitable portsplitter.
Sorry, but apart from the fact that it runs on a few more devices it is just like any other hacked Garmin version.
