I don't use this program but in options [tools] isn't there a way to set the language?
If it ain't broke don't fix it!
ALWAYS BACK-UP YOUR FILES/FOLDERS BEFORE MAKING EDITING CHANGES!

Please do NOT post any thanks. Simply press the hand icon with the "thumb up" which is the thank you button.

Hello to All,

Man that was a long read to the end of this thread...I deserve a post for that :)
Seriously though, thanks to Downunder35m for the release and help.
And thanks to all others who've assisted & provided tips along the way.
I've managed to get the SDMMC version working well on a no-name Chinese WinCE6 800x480 128MB device, more for something to do than because I need it.

Something I thought I'd mention as for some reason it fixed a few problems I was having similar to other people, program quitting when tapping some of the buttons etc..
When I first got it running some of the buttons in the tools section, browsing map, where am I & managing data caused it to close with no error messages.
And trying to reset any of the trip meter data fields did the same, the program just quit with no messages or anything.
For me what seems to be the solution was replacing the map that comes with it, the one named gmapbmap.img in the main folder, perhaps it's corrupt or something, I don't know.
I downloaded the full set of ShonkyMaps for Australia, used the GUI version of GMapTool to combine them into one file, named it gmapbmap.img & overwrote the original with it.
Since then it hasn't missed a beat & I find the ShonkyMaps to be quite detailed, moreso than the OziExplorerCE maps actually which was surprising

Only way I can get XT to run is going into WinCE's MyDevice menu, then SDMMC/Garmin/Apps/WM & sending a shortcut for Que.exe to the Desktop.
Close the folder then double tap the shortcut & it works fine.
Shortcut is removed when device is closed but only takes a few seconds to put it back again if I want to start XT.

Where in my instructions does it say to crea a StorageCard folder?
It seems you don't quite understand why there are different versions of the EXE...

Hello Sifu, could I have the file for "FLASH"?
My GPS device's internal memory is FLASH, not residentflash..
MStar 128MB RAM, 4GB.

Thank you very much!

Found 2 more buttons that cause my XT close.

1st was the Vehicle button in the Map settings.
Grabbing the latest vehicle pack from the Garmin website sort of fixed it, after replacing the originals with that sometimes it worked & sometimes it closed.
Removed all but the 2 I use from the folder & now it works ok with no closures.
2nd is tapping the button to edit a location icon when saving a new location.
Haven't bothered looking for a fix for that, just leave the icons as they are.

Shame we can't customise the map screen to display the current time & elevation etc., if it can be I can't find how.

Coolguy_munir, here's what I did:
Mine runs from SDMMC so I downloaded the SDMMC version, when unzipped it the folder was called Garmin_SDMMC (I think that's what it was), renamed that folder to Garmin, pasted the entire Garmin folder to the SDMMC card on the device.
Started the device, went into WindowsCE through the main menu, opened MyDevice, opened SDMMC, opened Garmin, opened Apps, opened WM, in the folder WM there's an exe called Que.exe.
Tapped Que.exe once to highlight it, then from the File menu - Send Shortcut to Desktop.
Close the folder, then double tap the shortcut on the desktop & it runs.
