Thanks pietu! I noticed that v5.61 has a new bat file. Purpose of the bat file? When is this bat file used? The instruction and readme still indicate only the use of the exe file. Thanks again for any clarification.

Same problem with Garmin Unlocker v5.63 - unlocked Full map set of CNE 2011.30 - my nuvi 350 doesn't show map in map info. Any clue?

internal memory:
\Garmin\GMAPPROM.IMG
\Garmin\GMAPSUPP.IMG

( Some device can use GMAPPROM1.IMG and GMAPSUP2.IMG )

SD-CARD:
\Garmin\GMAPSUPP.IMG

for nuvi 3790 it's not true
here is correct map location for Nuvi 3xxx
SD card - \Map\
Device - \.System\

If I run locked img file, Garmin says Can't unlock map, after unlocking Garmin does not see it at all. It seems like broken file by unlocker.

When you unlock map are you sure you have enough disk space

look file size locked and unlocked must be same size

( eg. if you unlock 2Gb file you need about 4GB or more free disc space )

There is enough free space on HDD for conversion and file size is same for both locked and unlocked files.

Have you any other maps in garmin right now, and what is file names

are you test locked map with .unl file

A have another SD card with older unlocked img map and is working well. I will try .unl file with locked map, if that doesn't help I'll download different img file.

yes test with .unl file if it not work then locked image is corrupt
