HI, Got a question. Is Sendmap 2.0 the same as Cgpsmapper? I have a copy of Sendmap 2.0 on my laptop and would like to put a copy on my desktop. Can I just copy the whole folder and move it over or do I need the install package which can't seem to find for Sendmap 2.0. Jim

I still have Sendmap 2.0 on my desktop,but I think I didn't used it for more than 15 Years....
I think there is no install package, just move the folder. But you still use sendmap ??

Sendmap is not the same as cGPSmapper. Sendmap is a complementary program for cGPSmapper. MapsetToolkit was a good successor.

User manual cGPSmapper writes:

2.2.3 What is sendmap?
sendmap is a command line program used to transfer vector map files (generated with
cGPSmapper) to your GPS receiver.

Just tried it again with my gpsmap 66s, and yes a single *.img map with a *.typ file can I uploaded as a gmapsupp.img to my gps and is visible
