Your device looks like it is Patched successfully <SoftwareVersion>561<
Looks like you have the same files on the device & SD card ,these look by their size to be the most recent Garmin Topo TransAlpin+ PRO with Winter.
As long as you have made a Back Up I would remove the duplicated files from the device and start it up without the SD card,so no maps except the Base map ,like my device. If the error goes, then try with SD card,if there is an error again.
Download my unlocked working Topo TransAlpin+ PRO & put on SD card

I uploaded your requested gmapsupp.unl & D6768000A.
Then i was deleting all the files you marked on the device. The GPS unit is now bug free. No errors at all.
After doing so, i installed the Garmin labeled SD card. No errors were shown. The older Topo Trans Alpin Map was fully functional.
Last i was replacing the Garmin labeled SD card against my 32GB SD card with newer Topo Trans Alpin map. I could activate it, also no errors. I haven't scolled down so far, but i trust into that it will work properly.
So the solution was, to delete the files on the device to wipe the shown error in infinite loop, and to get into use of the patched maps on my SD card.
The only organizational questions left are... is there any way to add more than one map on one SD card?
I ask this cause some maps like the Topo Germany Pro and Topo Trans Alpin for example have always two style of maps winter and regular shipped. The maps beginning with D..... and their numbers are unique. There will be no naming collision within the SQL directory. But there're the files beginning with gma.... those naming shemes are identical but representing individual maps. Is there any way to put all the stuff on one SD card, maybe with sub directories so that the Garmin device will list them in the map listing?
I think i'm almost set when fixing this last problem and this GPS device will last a long time with me. I just have to find a detailed and actual Topo map of Europe or at least Andorra where i'll be on vacation in 1,5 weeks.
So basically you didn't unlock the duplicated maps on the device, so you kept getting an error.
As for additional maps on the SD card just simply name them uniquely in the Garmin directory
