I moved your post as this is the thread where you can find how to Patch your device so it can use the Unlocked maps shared here.
First look in your Garmin folder for the garmindevice.xml open and check what your HWID is, then search the thread using your HWID number for the correct Patch.

I can not find a way to upload in the garmin 276cx the patched firmware. Updater.exe dosen't see the device. What am I missing ? Thanks for advice.

Which one is worth it and which one do you need?
If the latest 5.90 is installed, it will roll back to 5.80, then to the patched 5.90.

Thanks, it finally worked by pressing up key (and keeping finger on it during all upgrading process) while connecting usb on the 276cx.
