I was able to get the gupdate.gcd with your garmindevice.xml and run the Patching software with OK for MSV ,GVS & signature removed as normal on other Asian devices, but I don't have this device to test. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Make sure your device is fully charged.
Unpack contents to fresh SD card formatted FAT32
Ensure your device is fully OFF (not in standby), insert the card in device and power on.(You can use the Power Cable to power on if the battery is in poor condition)
"Loader" will appear on screen for a while then the device will boot up when the flash of patched firmware is complete.
Your device may reboot its self during the process just be patient.
