I have already downloaded this file, but it seems that there is an error in my file. The navigator is not flashed with it. My firmware is 4.50, HWID 3725, but the firmware does not start. I flashed it via WebUpdater, and tried to place the file in the folder manually

Try this

Second question, please tell me.
Is it possible to patch ECHOMAP UHD2? I read that it is supposedly impossible

That's what I've read too. I don't know any more about Marine devices than you do.

Please read a little as the post above your Post has the Patch !

Use [Please Register or Login to download file]

Download and unpack GUPDATE_Patched_JNX.GCD on to the PC where your device is attached.Your desktop is easy

Then you can drag-and-drop GUPDATE_Patched_JNX.GCD onto the WebUpdater "Short cut icon" on your desktop.

Hi everyone, I'm new here and need some help.

I have a Japanese BMW Motorrad Navigator VI with the following info:
<PartNumber>006-B2842-00</PartNumber>
<SoftwareVersion>280</SoftwareVersion>
<Description>BMW Motorrad Navigator VI</Description>

The device is region-locked — no language options except Japanese, and I can't use European maps.
I'd like to install the latest European firmware (3.30 I believe?) and enable full language and map support.
Unfortunately, the stickied link seems broken. Could someone please share working firmware and instructions? I'd really appreciate your help!

Thanks in advance!

Your current device firmware is Patchable to use unlocked maps.
Have you tried to add language files with Garmin Express or WebUpdater. Using the wrong Firmware can brick your device.
