Changing Speedcam warnings

Postby chrisdobb » Mon Aug 27, 2018 2:12 pm

How do I use spoken warnings instead of dongs for the speed camera warnings on TT One XL.
I have looked through all menus and cannot see any ogg files stored anywhere.
am I being thick or is there a trick?
Thanks to all for all info on this incredible site.

Spoken voice speed alert *.ogg files are not part of TomTom's official systems.

These customizations are available via third party web sites but they are not something we deal with here at NT

Thank you for that.
Intersestingly I have been playing around and used POI speed cameras then tried adding ogg file to corresponde with them into sound folder, when I try to attach this sound file to the warning I do not get any sound from the unit at all, if I then delete the ogg file from the sounds folder all works well, am I missing something here.

You place the speedfile and the ogg file with the same name in the country map.
