I mean that if I install version 15 ... then there is no longer a region of choice, which was the 13 version. How is it possible to add. Adding an old version of a file, the download icon of the region, but the rest remains unaffected by all. Since there is no translation.

I dont'n know version 13. So, I can't say anything about it.
For the language, maybe estonian is not in Sygic because I haven't see it in the list. In this case, you must choose another language.
For the "region", what is the signification ? Is "map" the traduction of "region" for you ?
What kind of "region" ?
If you want your country, not a problem, You have it in "Europe".
