Where can i find the most recent maps for europe on Sygic 12.1.0 on a wince 6.0 device?

I have also been looking for some time I am trying to find out what upto date maps will work with 12.1.0 wince.
I downloaded Map Europe 13.1.0 but does not work is there a version that will work to give latest maps or is it limited
cannot seem to find a answer to this .
