Not sure that I've included the screen-dump in this message as I wished. The essence is that every time a FactActivate file is detected by Windows 10 (Defender Antivirus) it places it in quarantine and then deletes it.
How can I easily and hopefully permanently, stop this happening?
FYI: Your image link is to a file stored locally on your PC so we won't be able to view it...you need to host your picture on a site like imgbb.com and then link it on here...
Yes, Windows Defender got updated a while ago and now considers FA to be virused...it's not, it a false positive. Someone has already submitted the file to Microsoft so they can whitelist it as being safe but we are still waiting for that to happen. They probably won't do it as they don't like keygens or similar patch programs
However, there's a couple of things you can do:
Temporarily disable Windows Defender whilst you're using FA
or
You can go into Windows Defender settings > exclusions > add an exclusion > browse to FA.exe or FA folder
