Hello,

When i run my FastActivate (as an administrator or normal), it is just a blank screen, it has no menu etc. Anyone has a solution about this problem?

Download a fresh copy and try again...click here

It is still same :/

Try it on another PC as there is nothing wrong with FA so it must be the PC...it happens from time to time

I know it's not a problem with FastActivate as there are thousands of others using exactly the same file with no issues but thanks for confirming it anyway.

People always blame a file but never think that it could be the PC's they are using which are not updated or poorly maintained.

I am not blaming it. I am not expert about it that's why all i am doing is asking for a solution that's all. I tried it with 2 diffrent pc etc. If you have time can u connect and give a look pls. Thanks in return

Disable your anti-virus

I had a similar problem with my XL, starting FastActivate from the XL won't work.
Starting it on my go740 it works well instead.
So now i only start it (as administrator) from PC (win7) and choose the correct drive letter to the divice.

p.s. in my case the antivirus (Eset) did not gave me trouble with fastactivate.

FA starts and then crashes, "windows looking for solutions" "no solution found" what to do?

Disable antivirus/firewall, put FA on your desktop, click right on FA and run as Administrator,type in the drive letter to your TT or TT on sd-card, enter.
This should alway work,if not maybe try another FA .

What is the reason that now suddenly Windows 10 gives security messages Trojan:Win32/Zpevdo.A and Trojan:Win32/Occamy.C on the program FastActivate.exe and earlier not?

I would definitely use FA on another computer. It really should work without a problem if following above tips did not help.
