Hi all, I've read Fatboyfuns first post on this thread but I can't download the necessary Primo files for my sd card. I've got a Binatone T430.
Any help appreciated.

I will check them later...

I checked and the Primo application is still available.

Primo 2 has subdirectories
CONTENT
LICENCE

Primo2
etc
Where is the exe file ?

That's the correct page, click on one of the file hosters to access the download page...

Where did you get this from? Also turn off "Hide known file extensions" on your PC and all will become apparent.

From the screenshot, that looks like 'my' Torrent....or a piece of it anyway. Minus the TTS voices, skins, manuals, etc.
But I never put it on any hosting sites, and it is not your Binatone Optimized version at all.
It certainly is not what you get by following the link from the first post:

So where was it gotten from, and was anything done to it? Who knows.

Open the Primo2 folder and the following appears
CONTENT

vocon3200.platform.dll


I thought all I had to do was create a Shell.ini file to open the primo.exe file. So

rename the Igo-Primo2 folder to MobileNavigator and rename Primo2 in the sub directory to MobileNavigator.exe and set the Shell.ini file to this path. However this does not work.

I will look for another download as well.

You have not copied to the SD Card correctly.
Review the instructions here:
iGo-Primo-2.0

You copied the entire CONTAINER (iGo-Primo_2) folder of the download.
You should have copied only the Primo2 folder within the container folder (iGo-Primo_2).
So your file structure is totally wrong. Do over.

You don't need to download anything else..you have it all.
But part of a (potential) problem is that you have "known extensions" hidden in your folder views, so it's not possible to tell if the files are re-named correctly. For instance, your shell.ini might be named shell.ini.txt...which will not work.
