I have all East and West Europe maps from 2013 but only UK and Ireland POI's any links to them please. I did a quick search but could only find what I have. Cheers.

1. It's a question about iGO/Primo, you better post in the iGO/Primo section
2. All you desire is there in that section. Look at the maps/POI subsection and especially look what content is offered together with the maps. Often POI, ftr, 3dl, ... are part of the download.
3. you can use either TomTom POI's or Navteq, independant of the map, but both at the same time will result in double icons on map. Pick the largest file(s) and keep in mind that TomTom Premium POI is equivalent to Navteq POI plus Navteq Extended POI.
