I don't suppose by any small chance that someone has a copy of Event Logger 9.1 that they would be willing to share?
I have tried to contact the author to purchase it but it seems that they no longer respond. I did purchase 8.3 years ago but didn't realise that since changing navcore it no longer produces log files even though the agent appears to work.
