Hi, firstly I am a complete muppet with regard to this problem.....

I had a Garmin Camper 780 which worked perfectly for me for over a year in my motorhome, sold the motorhome and listed it on Ebay. (I know ) Some guy bought it and had it for three days and then came back to claiming that there were no UK maps on the device, after a big row it has been returned to me and now no longer works. He claimed that he had tried to update the maps but it didn't work for whatever that is worth, not a lot I think.

I suspect that the map has been deleted somehow but to be honest I am completely lost and I would greatly appreciate any assistance. I've been at this for two days now and am no further on

Did you try to update the maps with Garmin Express ?

Tried everything I can think of, still no further on.

Does the device boot up properly
Can you see any maps in the My Maps section
Does Garmin Express recognize your device
