What is d:/garmin/ The device or an SD card ?
If you only want to add Safety Cameras ,create a folder called POI inside the Garmin folder and copy the .gpi files you want.

My Computer screen everything looks normal.. D:/Garmin, size is about 8gb, free space is about 1gb.... but when i click it open, it's empty, only empty Audible folder...

last time (about month a go) when i connect my device to my PC everything working normal...

I think you might be getting the SD card & device mixed up, as the nuvi 660 had around 4Gb internal storage not 8Gb + 1Gb.
Just remove the SD card and plug the device in.
If you use the program [Please Register or Login to download file] device manager I think you will be able to see what is going on.
