The best way to identify your device is by using the first two letters of the serial number which can usually be found on a sticker on the device or within the 'about' screen on the device as shown below:


The example above shows it is an STxxxxxxxx = Go Live 1015


This examples serial number is: WNxxxxxxxx = Start 60/ Via 620/ Via 1605


Once you know what the first two letters are, you can use the information below ([Please Register or Login to download file] ) to identify it further:
